Insurance Coverage
We work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures and participate with various plans. Prior to your first visit, or if you have a change in benefits, one of our team members will research your benefits for you and let you know the specifics of your plan. We do ask that all co-pays and deductibles are paid in full at the time of service.
Update – New Patients: We are temporarily not taking new patients with United Concordia, Delta Dental, and CareFirst. Please call our office if you have questions about your insurance coverage.
Reservation Confirmation
Confirmation Reminder – Prior to your reservation you will receive a request for confirmation via phone/email/SMS. We require that you confirm your appointment 48 business hours in advance. If we do not receive a confirmation 48 business hours in advance, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will need to call our office to reschedule.
Changes to your reservation – If you need to make a change to your reservation, we require 48 business hours prior to your scheduled reservation for changes/cancellations. Unfortunately we are unable to process changes/cancellations outside of our business hours, as our after-hours phone service is for dental emergencies only. You will need to call our office during normal business hours for us to process the changes to your reservation. Appointment changes/cancellations will not be honored during emergency hours.
Cancellations/No-Show – If you do not provide us with 48 business hours for your cancellation, or fail to show up to your confirmed scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.
