About the Opportunity:

Our Practice Administrator/Business Manager will be knowledgeable about all areas of dental operations including:

  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the practice runs efficiently and adheres to industry standards and regulations. Define targets for practice metrics. Work with the owner doctor and coaches to identify opportunities to drive efficiency, quality, and automation.
  • Revenue Cycle Management: Monitor financial aspects of the practice, including billing, budgeting, and forecasting, to ensure profitability and sustainability. Holding direct reports accountable for daily practice operations that meet immediate needs and position for growth.
  • Overseeing our information management systems: Including patient accounting system, accounts payable, payroll, security.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest technology, trends, and best practices in dental health management to drive innovation and excellence in our practice. Collaborate with owner for strategic and operational decisions. Analyze key metrics, implement corrective actions, and create long-term plans for growth. Strategically address areas for improvement, tailoring messages for effective communication.

They will also be leading our highly skilled team, ideally following the golden rule in the areas of:

  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of dental professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and exceptional patient care and experience. Maintain project organization, updates, and accountability through meetings and course correct for sustained success, offering constructive feedback for continuous enhancement. Plan improvements and ensure team compliance with training and reviews.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of patient care by liaising with the team, addressing patient concerns, and implementing feedback-driven improvements.
  • Recruitment & Training: Lead recruitment efforts for successful staffing, reduced turnover, oversee hiring processes, ensure continuous professional development for the team, and foster a culture of excellence and growth. Facilitate smooth onboarding for seamless integration. Identify team members’ strengths and areas for leadership and management growth. Coach and guide team members to excel in service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years management experience in dental or medical practices
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in delegation and remote management
  • Conflict management and resolution skills
  • Strong influence and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effective communication across all organizational levels

Position is Full Time with no evenings or weekends.

Compensation will range with experience; offering between $28 and $35/hr

Dental Assistant

We are looking for a dental assistant with a great attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to join our enthusiastic and friendly team – no experience required! Dental Assistant position is full time: Mon-Thurs, 8am-5pm (with 1 hour lunch break), and Friday, 8am-1pm. On-job training and certification compensation for dental assisting is available. Radiology license will be required as part of training.

Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Saturday – Sunday: Closed

Dentist assistants will prep exam rooms and patients for dental treatments, assist dentist performing dental care procedures for children and adults, including but not limited to extractions, fillings, restorative work, implants, and root canals, and review post-op instructions and care.
